Sachi Borman
Sachi Borman is a
native of Northern California. She was born and reared in Lodi,
California. Sachi moved to Nevada City from San Carlos, which
is in the San Francisco bay area.
Sachi has been interested in real estate since she was young. Her father was a carpenter and explained to her what you need to look for in quality. He would say, “It’s not always what you see, it’s what you don’t see too.” Sachi enjoys new construction sites and looking into the model homes. She gets to see the quality of the construction and the decorating styles to help her clients in preparing their homes for sale.
Sachi’s significant past experience in corporate human resources is a great benefit. Her background helps in the area of quality customer service, with being able to listen effectively to her clients and in her great attention to detail. Sachi follows through, which ensures the transaction closes without any complications. For these reasons, her clients trust her and have the confidence in her skills. Every client who has gone through an escrow with Sachi’s help is willing to refer their family and friends to her.
In the community,
Sachi is on the board of the local chapter of Beta Sigma Phi,
an international women’s philanthropic group that provides
help to those in need. She is the chairperson for the Nevada
County MLS committee and is also on the board of directors
for the Nevada County Board of Realtors. Sachi combines her
high-tech background with her real estate career by providing
classroom instruction to other real estate agents in the computer
systems and software used in the real estate field.
Sachi’s interest other than homes and real estate include sewing, crafts, motorcycle riding, going on drives with her husband in their ’58 Corvette and spending time with family and friends.
